I’ve been taking photos since I was a kid and it’s been my longest standing creative practice. While I mainly focus on portrait photography, over the past year I’ve had the opportunity to branch out into product work. I was commissioned to shoot imagery for the Melbourne-based brand Deering, where I styled and photographed their new accessories range. Using simple, directional flash lighting and minimal backgrounds, I aimed to create a high contrast look that feels both refined and playful. Through careful cropping and a clean, restrained palette, the final images have a graphic, contemporary feel.
